INVESTING IN WOMEN. STRENGTHENING LEADERSHIP. CREATING IMPACT.

His Royal Majesty, Ahunabobrim Dr. Akuamoah Kwao II, Kyidomhene of the Boso-Gua Traditional Area, is pleased to support the development of women leaders through the Royal Woman Leadership Scholarship 2026.

His Majesty believes that the strength and future of our communities depend greatly on the quality of leaders we develop today. Women must therefore not only be encouraged to lead, but equipped with the competence, character, confidence and strategic capacity required to influence institutions, organisations and communities at the highest levels.

Through this initiative, His Majesty is investing in women who demonstrate leadership potential and are ready to take on greater responsibility in the boardroom and beyond.

The scholarship will support participation in the Boardroom Women Leadership Programme, an executive leadership experience designed to strengthen women’s capacity in governance, strategy, financial intelligence, ethics, influence and institutional leadership.

We are therefore inviting nominations for a woman you believe is ready for the next level of leadership.

She may be a senior executive, entrepreneur, public-sector leader, professional, development-sector leader or an emerging woman leader with the potential to create meaningful impact.

Who is the woman you believe deserves this opportunity?

Nominate her today.

Nominations close: 30th September 2026

Let us identify, invest in and prepare women who will not merely occupy seats at the table, but help shape what happens around it.
